On the left is a sun salutation I developed for a client who had a knee replacement and could not easily get to the floor and back.

Whenever I teach these exercises in class someone always contacts me to ask for a reminder - so here they are. By the way, these simple exercises are really powerful - one client described them as "miraculous" for helping her low back pain.
